Exterior aluminum panels along with a translucent wall system for superior transmission of natural light. Radiant piping throughout with a complete welding shop which includes a Jib-crane. The work area is designed with an open concept, complete with 2 ton overhead monorail crane which has direct access to the service tunnel. Greenwood Park is the City of Toronto's first covered outdoor artificial ice rink, featuring a Figure-8 skating trail unique in its kind. The project included a 1,129 sq. m outdoor artificial ice pad alongside a 1,510 sq. m ice skating trail with underfloor radiant heating using waste heat from the refrigeration system, complete with piping below the Zamboni storage area and driveway.
