Description:
Alteration and upgrade to two retail buildings totalling 27,000 sq ft (built early 1980s). Demolition of sloped roof overhang; carpentry sub-framing, electrical and security rough-ins, insulation, vapor barrier, cement board, full EFES system with decorative molding, extruded aluminum canopy with LED lighting.
