Description:
Renovation of existing 5,000 sq. ft. fire hall with a 1,000 sq. ft. office addition. A design-build project completed on a tight budget and schedule. Work included new footings, slab on grade, structural metal studs, aluminum windows and doors, TJI roof structure, and EIFS cladding system. New mechanical and electrical upgrades, new showers and washrooms, tilework, lockers and change rooms. Ceilings were T-bar and drywall, with new millwork throughout and interior glass partitions.
