Interior alterations and exterior renovations to an existing two-storey community centre building, including roof replacement, roofing, exterior paving, landscaping and softscaping, structural concrete, unit masonry, miscellaneous metals, carpentry and millwork, skylights, gypsum board, tile, acoustical ceilings, wood flooring, carpet, painting, washroom accessories, operable partitions, mechanical (HVAC and plumbing), and electrical. Site work included demolition, earthwork, foundation drainage, asphalt paving, concrete curbs, precast concrete paving, and interlocking. The project also incorporated audio/visual systems and fire alarm upgrades.
