Renovation of two existing fire halls carried out simultaneously. Work at both locations included demolition, masonry repairs (brick replacement and architectural block repair at Hall 134), waterproofing, architectural woodwork, gypsum board, tile, painting, washroom accessories, and mechanical/HVAC upgrades. Fire Hall 424 also included excavation and shoring. Both stations remained operational during construction.
