Gold LEED Certified one-storey 10,000 sq ft fire station with three apparatus bays, administration offices, dormitories, washrooms, showers, exercise room, stand-by generator. Apparatus bay with load-bearing masonry walls; living space with heavy-gauge metal studs clad in architectural brick. Geothermal heating/cooling, solar panels, 18,000-gallon cistern for rainwater harvesting (truck fill and truck wash), heavy-duty asphalt, concrete aprons.
