Commercial Design Build
Design / Build processes improve quality, save time and reduce cost. Pegah provides design / build services to its clients by maintaining close working relationships with the owners, architects and subtrades and thereby leading to a better understanding among all associated with the project. The distinctive feature of a design-build project is that the client contracts with a single entity to provide the entire project, from preliminary planning through design - and, ultimately, construction.

Pegah will act as the designer and Construction Manager and subcontract the construction to the necessary trade subcontractors. Please note that we have extensive in-house expertise. This reduces the need to award outside contracts and speeds the process.
When compared with the traditional or construction management methods of organizing a construction project, design-build offers certain advantages.

1. It is possible to fast-track a design-build job. That is, Pegah can award construction contracts for early phases of the work before the final working drawings have been completed for subsequent phases. Yet, unlike a construction management project, design-build offers the client a sole source of responsibility, expertise and oversight/control.
2. Design-Build also offers the opportunity to contract with a single source of specialized design and construction services. For this reason, design-build is common on complex, construction projects. Design-build also affords the client more financial security or more competitive project insurance rates or coverages than would otherwise be available.

General Contracting
General Contracting is perhaps the most competitive and challenging design/bid/build project delivery method. This process involves seeking the best competitive prices from the subcontractors and being creative in developing new methods of delivering the project in the most economical fashion. Over the years, Pegah Construction has developed an extensive subcontractor database and has maintained excellent subcontractor relationships. Pegah is constantly developing new, innovative and cost-effective ways of constructing for different types of projects.

Construction Management
Pegah employs skilled and experienced trades to protect the client's interest. Pegah works closely with the project team members by becoming part of the integrated team of: the owner, the architect and the consulting engineers. We will control cost and time factors - from the initial concept stage, to the final completion of the project. Pegah Construction, with its experience and in-house capabilities is able to provide overall Construction Management services and will resolve problems as they may occur.
